Salon Sozo Cancellation Policy
At Salon Sozo, your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur making schedule adjustments necessary. However, as a small salon offering premium services and customer service, we order products for appointments and block out time to devote to each service.
If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully require at least a 24-hour notice, so we can at least try to schedule another client.
Any cancellation or reschedule made with less than 24-hours notice before an appointment initiates a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the reserved services or $25, whichever is more, to cover some of the lost overhead.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service and it would run into another person’s appointment time, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another available time that is convenient to you.
